snapper has a similiar rear engine mower that i have read is a replica of the 28034. The snapper has a 36″ snow blade…is this able to fit the craftsman?
@quinn, Where did you read that the 28034 is a replica of a Snapper? The Craftsman, Snapper, Sears, and the manufacture sites don't say that.
Unfortunately there is no conformity or consistency in the mower world. There is always a lot of speculation and "know it alls" on the forums, and maybe even one of them took a Snapper and a 2010 Craftsman 28034, put them side-by-side and compared them.
I can't say one way or the other if the mower manufacture made the Snapper and the 28034 the same. They do have a lot of similar looking components. If we could figure out where they were made, and if they came off the same assembly line, then I could tell if would fit.
